TPS65295: Equivalent circuit model

You can get the PSpice model at https://www.ti.com/product/TPS65295 for IC‘s performance simulation. we don't have circuit model, you can tell what parameters are required to build circuit model, I can try to provide to you.

Kindly provide ciruits ESR and ESL

similar to the figure. Regulator is power supply with finite ESR and ESL. so if i get that i can do transient simulations faster in spice simulator. Also for DDR SI simulation methodology the bucks Equivalent model is required.

The ESR and ESL are important for DDR SI simulations. Will get back with the dependency of these values once the corresponding engineer replies.

As of PI simulation is considered i can manage with spice model but it is time consuming task. The equivalent circuit will make my simulation faster.
