BQ24650: BQ24650 waveform query

Hi

Under the same configuration, the charging voltage of one device shows a green waveform as shown in the figure below, and the correct waveform is shown in yellow.

Is the solar charging chip faulty, or the minimum charging voltage can be set?

    Hi Star,

    I need more information than what was provided to me. What is the input voltage looking like, what is the charge current looking like, what is the PH voltage looking like? Do you have a schematic? What is the difference in sunlight conditions?
