2. What's definition of rise and fall time? Is it 30%VCC to 70%VCC?

As the foot note explained, it is not controlled by UCD.

But for 100KHz, 1000ns would be okr and 400Khz, 300ns is ok.

The rising time measure shall follow I2C spec. please check it.

What about fall time? The timing doesn't follow I2C.

Is it still measured from 70%VCC to 30%VCC?
