REF3333: How much current does REF3333 need?

Hi expert,

I'm developing the power supply for REF (5V-3.3V), I want to know how much supply current does REF3333 need(from 5V)? 

the output reference-3.3V will goes in to INA241 as reference ( 2 phase current sensing in motor drive)

This is the schematic.
