TPS561208: Quad output flybuck converter

Part Number: TPS561208

Creating a design for a customer.

Do you all see any problem with this quad isolated output flybuck based on the TPS561208?  The primary side inductors are all in parallel so the effective primary side inductance is 22 uH/4 = 5.5 uH.  I understand max recommended inductance is 4.7 uH.  We can tune the inductance a bit later if necessary; focused more on the topology here.

The simulation works fine (attached) but of course could have a little bit of challenge in layout... what could possibly go wrong??? :-)
