Hi Bhavik,

We don't create LTSPICE models as we provide PSPICE models as this is the TI version of the spice software and LTSPICE is a direct competitors version. While we do not support LTSPICE, you can convert between the two using the unencrypted models provided on the products page.

Further explanation of why we cannot due to EULA restrictions held in this post.
