TPS65295: Pspice simulaiton issue

Do we have unencrypted spice model for this IC so that we can tryout in LTspice. I have tried using ORCAD pspice basic setup is working.

I have tried to remove the ideal capacitors and replace them with actual model along with board parasitic and i found the response is not consistent. The voltage either shootup to KV range or ringing with frequency equal to LC after the board model will be present. The board model is extracted using Ansys SI wave tool.

extracted model from SI wave is simulated for transient pulse in LTspice and it is satisfactory

Thats the reason i have been looking for buck equivalent circuit model in my earlier post which would solve this problem to certain extent

Also let me know whether TI can provide Simplis model that also can be helpful

Sorry, we don't have the simplis model, because there are two buck converters and one LDO, and the architecture is too complex, so the simplis model for this part was not done at that time. Could you try to simulate a real model by connecting resistance and inductance in series in a circuit with ideal model? I wonder if it is possible to fit an RL model from the test data.

Hi Zhang,

Thanks for reverting back. I have asked for real model with R and L in series in one of my earlier post and since there is no positive information from the replies i have modelled myself the buck's Equivalent circuit model as below with 625uohm resistor and 12nH Inductor. Other components are PDN model of our N/W. This i have modelled based on Load regulation data and Transient response graph in datasheet.

The response of PDN i could measure with this model. But other things like Feedback response, GM cannot be measured in this model.

Maybe one of you can verify my model of buck.
