Our customer has a concern as shown:
"We are going to make isolate from coatin and resin the LP5562TME/NOPB IC and can you please let us know what we can make with standard tape covering or from top side will not be damaged.
If not, can you please tell us what is the best way for coating or isolating from resin's board.
I want to caot the board which has the IC LP5562TME/NOPB.
I want to know how I can cover it against coating which top of the chip will be not damaged.
I appreciate of I have answer until tomorrow , it is urgent for us
