IF I leave TPS65023's LDO_EN unconnect,what is its output status,it is enabled or disabled??

    The enable pins are digital inputs. Unless a datasheet specifically states that the input has an internal pullup or pulldown, it can not be floated.  If an input is floated, it can be interpreted as a logic high or logic low.  It is undefined and change change from IC to IC and even for a specific IC.
