Thanks,

  • Hello Sravan,

The TPS73230 is a fixed 3.0 VDC at up to 250 ma IC Regulator (LDO).  The last letters show the differences in the packaging that is mailed.  Per the data-sheet, the DBVR comes in packages of 3,000 each; the DBVT comes in packages of 250.  The electrical performance is exactly the same between the 2 quantities in a package, so you can use either.

The TPS60403QDBVR is different only in the last letters so that does not indicate a different electrical performance.

The  TPS732301DBVT must have an extra 3 in the PN.  [NOTE THIS IS FROM the email ABOVE and TPS732301DBVT instead of  . . . .]

The TPS73201DBV just indicates differences in package quantities.  If you are concerned about electrical performance or footprint the units you received are the same as what was ordered.
