LM74910-Q1: EN Hysteresis

Part Number: LM74910-Q1

Hi team,

According to the datasheet, when EN is higher than 1.06V, device is powered on and external MOS will be open accordingly. While EN is lower than 0.67V, this device will be shut down and MOS is off. 1.06-0.67= 0.38V. I think this should be the Hysteresis. However, datasheet shows the Hysteresis is 72mV, How to understand this?

  • Hi Lijia,

Thanks for pointing this out. We are going to rectify this in our final RTM datasheet.

For now you can consider the minimum EN falling threshold as 0.4V below which the EN pin has to be pulled low to turn OFF the device.
