May I know if bq77216 device is stackable for a 32S battery pack design? If so, do you have any reference design?

Hello Jack,

In theory it should be okay. Some logic and level shifting would have to occur to step-down the voltage from the top device.

We do not have a reference design for this unfortunately.

I see. Do you have any stacking 2nd protector reference design? Just want to reference it, so that it will easier for us to start the schematic.

Hello Jack,

We do not have a reference design for a stacked BQ77216, however, they can look at similar protections like the BQ7718, which has a reference design (TIDA-00108). They can also look at the BQ76952 EVM, which has an example of the BQ7718 stacked.
