Hello!

 

My Sales Order No :  T04143516

 

When I connect the EVM board to a 12V power supply to charge the battery, there is a continuous unknown noise (power inductor boiling sound) from the beginning.

The noise gets louder when there is no battery.

 

When I connect a 12V/6W solar panel to the input, the output voltage of the battery connection does not come out as 0V, but when I disconnect the battery,

the output voltage of 16.4V appears and noise occurs.

If I reconnect the battery, the noise disappears, but if I disconnect it again, the noise occurs again.

    Hi Bang,

    What is the output current capability of your input source?  Can provide a screen shot from the EVM GUI of the status and fault registers (or all of the registers)?  Can you provide a oscilloscope shot of VBUS, SW1, SW2 and SYS, zoomed in to see a few of the switching pulses on SW1 and SW2?
