Let me check the PCN document as below, In below figure, "Last Delivery Qty / Date" means before PCN date, "Next Delivery Qty / Date" means after PCN, right?

According to the picture you provide, yes,  "Last Delivery Qty / Date" means before PCN date, "Next Delivery Qty / Date" means after PCN date. There is no date code information here, I am curious why you care about this？

Customer still want verfiry PCN part before phase in MP product.

And one more question, in this PCN mention "Qualify TI Mex ico as an additional Assembly s ite for se lect devices",

Means after  "Next Delivery Qty / Date", it may have Mexico Assembly site also include other Assembly site, right?
