Hi Ireen,
Let me check with our product engineer and I'll get back to you.
Regards,
Richard
Hello Ireen,
Richard is currently out of office, he will provide an update as soon as he returns.

Oscar Ambriz
Thanks. Is there someone who can cover and provide update on this inquiry please? It's more than a week and the part has been on hold waiting for confirmation that this is safe to use.
Thank you.
Hi Ireen,
Sorry for the delay. I have pinged the product engineer again on this case.
Cheers,
Richard
Hi Ireen,
Can you please get the lot information from customer. They can send us the image of the label on the reel or box.
Regards,
Shahram
Hi Shahram! I only bought a few (30pcs) and it's packed in small ESD-safe bag. So I cannot provide you the label on reel or box.
By the way this is just a follow-up inquiry of this similar case: https://e2e.ti.com/f/1/t/1121716
Thanks,
Ireen
Hi Ireen,
Can you find out if they purchased this material directly from TI or authorized distributor. There must be some documentation/invoice or something that indicates the material information.
Thanks,
Shahram
Hi Ireen,
Manufacturing was out last week due to holidays. They are expected to be back this week and I will follow up to get the confirmation. From what I see so far, this is how manufacturing marked the units. However, I need to get the confirmation from them.
Regards,
Shahram
Hi Ireen,
We have confirmed that manufacturing has marked these parts as shown in the image that customer provided. If marking is read from right to left in the image (from pin 1 being on the upper right), then "A" is adjacent to pin 1 indicator and then we have the "4B" code followed by the rest of the codes. In the datasheet the letter "A" is first and then the "4B" code and then the rest of the codes. So, Letter "A" is adjacent to pin 1 and in datasheet also appears that letter "A" is the first with respect to pin 1 (A 4B ,.......).
Hope this is clear.
Regards,
Shahram
