i find the following picture from datasheet about DESAT function.
i have a question about tleb. from my understanding, the begin of tleb is rise edge of OUTH as quick calculation tool shown(tdesatleb), am i right?
do we plan to describe/add delay between IN and OUTH in datasheet picture?

You are right. The begining of tLEB is the point when the output begins to transitions from the OFF to the ON state as shown in the image from the calculation sheet you posted:
We currently do not have immediate plans to update the UCC5871 datasheet, but I will note this down for the next datasheet update.
