my customer is using BQ76952.
When no protection occurs, the device configuration is as below and the CHG/DHG FET will still keep off.my customer has already set the FET_CTRL_EN.
And when they set the ALL_FETS_ON, the FET will turn on. But when the COV occurs (the flag can be observed by BQSTUDIO), the CHG/DHG FET won't act to turn off .
could u kindly help to analyze the problem?

Is FET_EN set in the Settings:Manufacturing:Mfg Status Init register? Se below the required configuration for fully autonomous FET configuration

I also would like to mention that the FETs will turn OFF only when a fault triggers in the status register. The device triggers alert and status flags. Alert flags will just alert about possible protection event, but will only trigger the fault if the alert persists for certain programmed delay.
