Hello All,

I am vivek woking as an engineer in EATON, i am using this SSR in my application. Is it good to use for Silicon Mosfets for fast turn on/Off. If not is there any alternate IC similar to this.

And do we have spice library model which works in all type simulation softwares.?

    Hello Vivek,

    Once you have selected the MOSFET, you can check the calculation tool (SLVRBI9C.ZIP) found under the TPSI3052-Q1 product page here and see if the turn on/off time meets your desired specifications.

    We only support Pspice for simulation models.
