TPS55340: TPS55340PWPR X ray image are different.

Dear Sir/Madam

We have a TI part TPS55340PWPR D/C 2303+,but we notice that the X-RAY leads frame is different with our before sample 21+ D/C,pls see below picture.

The 23+ one Rev is A,and CS0 is MH8,AS0 is TAI.

May i know is there any change after 21+ or 22+?Is there any PCN document?We want to know is there any quality/function change then just start our project.

Pls help to advise your help.

    Hi Susan,

    Thanks for using the e2e forum.
    If there are any changes to manufacturing process or design changes, there will always be a notification to all customers, even if there are no changes in device specifications.
    I am not aware of any reworks for this design.

    To double check, I will forward this thread to our quality team to check if there have been any changes to this device.

    I will get back to you by next week.

    Hi Susan,

    There would be some questions I would have from my side right away:

    - Could customer send pictures of the entire batch numbers, or ideally of the reels?

    This way it is easier for us to trace the lots using the full lot information.
