BQ34Z100-G1: BQ34Z100-G1 RSOC only 96% when charge full

Hi

The customer design with BQ34Z100-G1, the problem is RSOC shows 96% after 15 hours of charging.

Attached the log file and gg file

    Hello Star,

    In the log file you sent, the TrueFCC value was updated during the end of the battery charging which
    shows that the gauge is still learning the battery's true capacity. I would recommend cycling the battery
    (completing a full discharge, rest for a few hours, and charging to full capacity) one or two more times so
    the gauge can continue updating the TrueFCC.

    Also I wanted to point out that the battery's temperature at the Valid Charge Termination (VCT) can have an
    affect on full charge capacity and RSOC.
