I have some inquiries about about the TPS7B7702-Q1/TPS7B7701-Q1 .

VIN=12V；

1、If output Short-to-Battery，What kind of state will it enter？Disable output or other？

2、If output Short-to-GND，What kind of state will it enter？Disable output or other？

3、Will the recover normal output be directly restored after Short-to-Battery or Short GND remove？

After being short circuited to GND and experiencing over temperature protection, will removing the short circuited GND chip directly restore normal output? Or do you need to reset EN to restore normal output?

Hi Evan,

Removing the short should resume the output to normal. There could be some time window as the thermal shutdown has a 15C hysteresis window.
