BQ34Z100-G1: BQ34Z100-G1 SOC and RM are drop to 0 during discharge

Hi

The customer uses BQ34Z100-G1 with Lithium iron battery. The CHEM ID has been selected. 

During discharge, RM and SOC suddenly drop to 0, and the FCC value also drop. The Cell Terminate Voltage was set to 2200mV.
