We received a package from Mouser early yesterday and hooked it up to our PC and have no device registration. I tried with multiple PCs and I am getting no LED activation on the unit itself either.

I would contact either the Mouser support or TI customer support about getting a replacement, if it arrived dead there's not much we can do from our side.
