UCC21542: Reg- unencrypted .lib file (spice model)

Hi Shiram,

I do not have a model for that part, but here is a model for the UCC21551, which will be the update for that family of devices. It has similar functionality to the UCC21542, but it has a 12V UVLO. Attached below is a PSPICE-for-TI version, a TINA-TI version, and a .lib version that can be used in other SPICE simulators such as LTSPICE.
