LMQ66430-Q1: usage of NC pins.

Hi TI engineer,

For the NC pins of LMQ66430-Q1, pin 9 and pin 12 are connected to GND in EVM design, but the others are floating.

Is there any difference between pin 9/12 and the other NC pins?

And how could I connect these NC pins especially for pin 5?

    Hi,

    Pin 2,4,5,9,12 all can be left floating, and pin 5 must be floating. Because Vin is a high-voltage pin, the NC pin between the low-voltage pin and the low-voltage pin is best left floating (pin2, 4). Hope this can help you. Thanks.
