As per data sheet we have configured circuit to start its function as soon as VS is above 3V. But, we see that drive for HMOSFET is starting only after about 9 volt. Due to which we are also seeing very large inrush current of about 30A as compared set 3.5A inrush current. Pls. advise how to turn ON o/p with lower input voltage.
below is schematic diagram and observed waveform. Green = output, Purple = input, Blue = VDS across H – MOSFET, yellow = input current.
