BQ25628: External Capacitance Recommendation

The recommended values for C_BAT, C_VBUS, C_PMID and C_SYS are given on page 7 of the device datasheet with the comment "(without de-rating)". Are the values to be understood as "before de-rating" or "after de-rating"?

Thanks for the feedback - as the de-rating of course can vary with the exact capacitor used, is there a recommendation regarding the minimum values after de-rating?
