Hi Team,
Can you help with the customer inquiry below?
A customer tried to write data into BQ27421 by EV2400, when the power was on, all data are right. however, when the power is down, the data will reset to default value.
I suspect that it has something to do with the watchdog timer. Am I correct? how can the customer resolve this problem?
