LM74501-Q1 can support input reverse polarity protection along with TVS less operation for ISO Pulse1 using its VDS Clamp functionality.

Automotive application, end customer need ISO7637-2, ISO 16750-2, LV124, LV148 specification.

Hi Kevin,

Yes, LM74501-Q1 can be used to withstand/pass Automotive tests specified in ISO7637-2, ISO 16750-2, LV124 and LV148*.

*LV148 is for 48V battery systems and LM74501-Q1 can withstand these tests if the max DC voltage is less than 65V and for transient voltages > 65V appropriate TVS diode can be used to clamp the voltage at input to less than 65V .
