Will the s reference design stay the same for 5mil and 6mil stencil? .

In the datasheet: BASED ON 0.1mm THICK STENCIL

Hi Avishek,

There are specific solder mask opening in the drawings, see pictures below.

These stancil recommendation, as states, is based on 0.1mm thick (4mils)

Will the recommendation stay thew same for 0.127mm (5 mils) and 0.153mm (6 mils) ?

Hello,

Stencil thickness of 0.127mm and 0.153mm would not meet Area Aspect Ratio. This will affect solder paste printing quality. It is not recommended to use 5mil/6mil stencil.
