Later the conversation started in email without any conclusion as the customer did not provided the requested information to debug the issue.
we have seen some parts with same kind of SEL pin leakage.
Can you please elaborate the problem.

As there is 2M pull-down in CTRL pin, is it ok to leave it open ?
I didn't find any concern leaving the CTRL pin open. Based upon the CNTRL = LOW or HIGH, the VINSW pin is connected or disconnected to VIN.

I would recommend to contact the local sales representative and initiate for failure analysis. Once the failure analysis is done, based upon the results we can decide weather to proceed for ATE and bench.
