Dear Sir/Madam

I am Trying to Develop DC-DC Boost Converter using UCC28070, Boosting from 360V(±5%) Battery to 600V DC @15kW. I Referred Excel Calculator to determine the Values. My question is By Vertue of Power Factor Correction, Voltage Loop Crossover Frequency(Fcv) Will be around 15Hz. NoW Since it is DC-DC Boost Converter, To improve the transient responce can I have Band Width of 5kHz(Switching Frequency=50kHz).

Please let me know Any other care to be taken Especially in this case.

    Hi Sudheendra,

    Thank you for the query on UCC28070.

    As you correctly pointed out, the voltage loop bandwidth has to be made faster. In addition to that as long as your input voltage stays constant at 360V ( and does not vary) you should be fine otherwise the Kvff update would require zero crossing detection.
