Our customer uses a programmable power supply with a 24V power supply and a protection current of 0.2A. After the first power on, the output voltage is 5V, and the programmable power supply voltage shows a 24V current of 0.018A. However, after 30 seconds, a current of 0.2A protection is triggered, and the programmable power supply output shows 12V. After a power outage and restart, the circuit triggers a current protection of 0.2A, with VOUT=VIN=12V, and the circuit cannot function.
