EV2400: EV2400 is not detected to Battery Management Studio

EV2400 is not recognized by Battery Management Studio.
It is recognized by the PC as a HID.
I have tried 86/101/121 Battery Management Studio versions and they are the same.
I have tried EV2400 with 2 units and they are the same.

Is there anything else that has opened the EV2400? I would try updating the firmware on the EV2400 and also restarting your computer so if anything else has opened the EV2400 port it will close.

Hello Wyatt,

Unfortunately, nothing else is opening EV2400.
As a follow-up, I tried the same process on another PC and it was recognized with no problems. It seems it was an issue with my PC environment; if you know what PC environment is required to use Battery Management Studio, please let me know.

Hello Susumu,

It should work with any windows 10 and windows 7 PCs. It should not be used with other operating systems.
