I am planning to use TPS543C20RVFT in 3x stackable to generate 0.85V and 100A. Whether TPS543C20RVFT can be used in 3x stackable format. Please confirm.

Yes, the TPS543C20 can be used in 3x stackable mode. The RT pin can be used to interleave the follower devices by 120deg and 240deg. Please refer to Table 4 in the datasheet.
