UCC28950: Unencrypted Spice Mode

I found this thread on the e2e that has the unencrypted PSpice model in it.

e2e support is all on line and does not involve direct emailing.  I believe the unencrypted models on e2e will work for your application.

Hello Mike, the unencrypted model, which is already shared under lots of support title, does not include whole model.
