USB-TO-GPIO2: How to recover

Thank you for your assistance always.

I bought a USB-TO-GPIO and am using it.
When you start “Fusion Design Online”
I made a mistake removing the USB cable when starting the FW update
After removing the USB cable, the symptoms are as follows.

・The device does not work
・The LED does not light up.
・The device is unknown in Device Manager.

I want to recover from these symptoms
Can you tell me how to recover?

Hollo,

It looks like the adapter is damaged.

couple things I would try:

Restart the computer
Change the USB port and make sure the USB port still work by trying a mouse or other USB device and make sure it is detecting it.
I have experience in the past where the USB port is locked (not related to USB2GPIO). I have to remove the battery for for the computer to allow a hard REST ( Full Power Cycle) and I was able to recover the USB port.

Hi Tomoya-san,

it sounds like it is broken.is the USB port works with out devices such a PC mouse?
