LM5069: LM5069 _Start up

Part Number: LM5069

Hello Experts,

We are using LM5069 for OVP and RPP protection with Back-to-back mosfet  .

Please refer attached Circuit file, we have used 2 circuit provisions for dv/dt start up.

1)   circuit shown in Black circuit as per application note with PNP transistor. please confirm is it correctly configured? as in application note only single mosfet available not back-to-back.

2) Alternatively, we have added RC circuit which comprises Gate resistor R57 (Value 2.7Ohms) and capacitor C57 (0.1uF) as shown with red circle.

Please confirm is the configuration is ok to have the Delay during dv/dt Turn on of Mosfet ? Is there any drawback or issue of using this RC circuit?

Can we go ahead with only RC circuit for dv/dt start up?

Thank you in advance.
