Could you confirm whether the device supports JESD22-A121?

It seems that TI devices support JESD201 as below. Is this correct for this device?

Hi Noriyuki,

According to the material composition of the TLV758P, the pins are tin and thus do not need to be plated. The link you have provided details the plating process for lead based materials.

Thanks. Could you also confirm the # of temperature cycle, that is TMCL (-40C/ +85C)?

According to the link below, it seems that TMCL (-40C/ +85C) is 500 cycle, but it seems that 1000 cylecs are required according to JESD201 as below figure.
