Dear TI

I am finding some LLC ics with next conditions.

-four switch full bridge structure or two switch half bridge structure

-manual controllable(ex trimmer) frequency setup

-duty controllable setup(ex trimmer)

-wide frequency(~1Mhz)

Are there any products you can recommend?

Hi Choi,

UCC25640x is our latest generation LLC Controller.

This controller cannot be used for driving full bridge LLC controller.

This controller can be used for resonant frequencies (Half Bridge) up to 300kHz and startup frequency of 1MHz.

For driving full bridge LLC, you can use UCC25600.

Please refer the datasheets for all other features.
