    Hi, Yuan,

    The NC pin is a No Connection Pin, and it is defined as such since it is not connected to anything internally, floating is also good.

    Pin 2,4,5,9,12 all can be left floating, and pin 5 must be floating. Because Vin is a high-voltage pin, the NC pin between the low-voltage pin and the low-voltage pin is best left floating (pin2, 4).
