UCC28180: UCC28180 Current compensation

Dears,

Customer would like to ask how to adjust the voltage and current compensation?Now the waveform is always unsatisfactory, zero crossing is not good.

Attachfile show the schematic,pls kindly help to review.

Hi Ning,

Thank you for the query on UCC28180.

There seems to be issues with the voltage and currentloop compensation values in the schematic. I have attached the calculator below with the recommended values. Please change it to the spreadsheet values for better performance.

Also please include a inrush current limiting diode between the input and output of PFC stage (like D2 as shown in the UCC28180 EVM board).
