Our input source is 20V/2A, Battery voltage is 10.2V, and our charging configuration shows below.
*ChargeVoltage()=12800
*ChargeCurrent()=3000
*VSYS_MIN()=9200
*InputVoltage()=10500
*ChargeStatus() = 0x8000
*ProchotStatus() = 0xB800
*VSYS PIN＝VSYS_MIN, check voltage when no load on VSYS.
According above conditions we cannot charge battery now.
Would you please list some check point for us?
