One of my customers is planning to use UCC21750 in their Higher KVA UPS and having below query:
They are having PWM fault functionality in their MCU PWM Module i.e. when Circuit would see short circuit/ Current fault , PWM peripheral would pull down all PWM Pins. Customer concern is that fault condition How UCC21750 would work.. Will it do soft turn off as It has seen Current DESAT Fault or instantly switch off the Power circuit.. Please confirm the same.
