I wanted to use TPS4H000AQPWPRQ1 IC in place of LMD18400. How to get the required Diag data out format from TPS4H000AQPWPRQ1 . In TPS4H000AQPWPRQ1 out put individual channel fault status report is there. So to accommadate required Diag Data out which was available in LMD18400 @ pin 10 from TPS4H000AQPWPRQ1 what should be done . Whether that Diag data is available full or individual in TPS4H000AQPWPRQ1.

The TPS4H000A-Q1 does not have any SPI/serial interfaces on it so you would have to build that logic around it yourself using a microcontroller and external components. While we cannot tell you how to do this specifically from a system design perspective, we have do have an example of how to do this using the TPS272C45:

For a device with integrated SPI, you should use the TPS274C65:

... This will have complete diagnostics and settings available via SPI.
