Hi team,
The high and low levels of the DIR pin cannot be switched normally.
After power-on, it can be recognized by CC1/CC2 of the C-port mobile phone inserted for the first time, and the DIR has a switching action.
After hot plugging and then reverse plugging, DIR has no switching action unless the power is restarted.
Could you help to some suggestions?

Hi Brian,
Customer add the AC couple in PCB board.
Change 3PIN to 10K pull-down, 4PIN PORT fixed 10K pull-up DFP mode, use USB3.0 U disk positive and negative insertion test waveforms are as below.
The voltage of the ID and DIR pins remains unchanged, only the TX1P/N and RX1P/N channels are opened.
1. When CC1 is pulled low, it is 0.416V, CC2 is 4.70V, VBUS is 5.01V, ID is 4.95V, and DIR is 3.25V (measured by multimeter);
2. When CC2 is pulled low, it is 0.416V, CC1 is 4.69V, VBUS is 5.00V, ID is 4.95V, and DIR is 3.25V (measured by multimeter).
CC voltage can not meet with the CC pin acceptable voltage.

Could you help to check the below CC Pin voltage?
1. Why the default current source capability and the 1.5-A current source capability have the same threshold?
2. Is it correct that the threshold is 2.6V for the 3A current source?
