Protective circuit module (Battery Protection) IC

Greetings,

I have Li-po 4.2V charging voltage and 3.7V Nominal voltage 800mAh battery and am using it in a circuit. My circuit has protection such that if the battery voltage reaches 3.0V, the supply to the system is cut off.

Now if the battery is draining further due to unknown reasons, I require a PCM IC which cuts battery discharge at 3.0V. If a battery of 2.8 or 2.7V is connected there should be no discharge to the system. Also the PCM should allow charging of battery at he instant a charging voltage is present, regardless of battery voltage.

Could you help with suggesting an IC?

Thank you,

V. Vedashree
