Requesting to share the correct spice or Pspice mode to simulate the component , we are using this IC in our product.

In the Design & development section , the model is available but it is incomplete unable to import in the Ltspice tool.

so please help me to fix this issues,

Hello Ramkumar,

Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. Please make sure you are using the Unencrypted PSpice model in the CSD19534Q5A product folder for import into LTSpice. The TINA-TI Spice model in the product folder is encrypted and will not work with LTSpice. Please let me know if you continue to have issues importing the unencrypted PSpice model into LTSpice.

Hi Ramkuamar,

Here is the unencrypted PSpice model. I am not very familiar with LTSpice but you should be able to import unencrypted PSpice models into it.

so here is the parameters, right!.

by use of this text tool creates as 3 pin symbol,

which pin I need to consider for Gate, Drain and source.

Hi Ramkumar,

Sorry for the confusion. For all of our discrete FET models, the pins are assigned as follows:

1=Drain, 2=Gate, 3=Source

Let me know if you have any additional questions or run into problems.
