Hi team,
I saw in a previous post that had a very similar issue to the one I am encountering:
"can you help give some suggestions when i use fusion digital power designer with TPS5436D24A on the project board but GUI shows "no device found"
USB TO GPIO LED is lighted, SCL/SDA/GND is connected, master MCU on the board is disconnected.
do you have any other suggestions on how to debug this "no device found" error?
thanks."
I have been experiencing a very similar issue with Fusion Digital Power Designer v7.9.1 and TPS53622ARSB on the project board.
The software identifies that the USB TO GPIO adapter is connected and the adapter itself shows the green LED indicating that it is properly connected. The connection from the adapter to the board is also connected properly with the pins matching up appropriately.
Upon starting up the software the scan begins but each time it results in no devices being detected even with all of the scans being configured to be on.
According to the previous post the suggestion was to try out a beta version of the software which I did try and it resulted in the same no device being detected.
The odd part is that the scan works completely as expected on a lab computer running the same software version, scan configuration, and adapter firmware. But does not work on my laptop running the same software, configuration, etc.
Any suggestions on how to debug this error?
