TPS25810-Q1: TPS25810-Q1 support "short to VBAT 36V" fault monitoring and protection ?

Hi 

We need to implement USB type-C for automotive application, I survey the solution are HD3SS3212-Q1+ TPS25810-Q1, however, we need to perform all USB signals+VBUS with "short to VBAT 36V" and "short to GND" testing form ISO 16750-2. Need TI's expert to confirm if  TPS25810-Q1 support the fault protection ( "short to VBAT 36V" and "short to GND")?

    Hi Vincent, 

    Sorry, the TPS25810-Q1 don't have the 'short to VBAT' function, you can consider to add the TPD3S716-Q1, but it only support 'short to VBAT 18V', we don't have the bigger protection voltage about this, thank you.
